Doświadczenie:

• At least 10 years of IT experience
• Minimum 5 years in managerial positions
• Experience managing teams of 8-10 people
• Experience with organizations operating 24/7 high-availability systems
• Experience working with external vendors and managing technology contracts

Wiedza i kompetencje:

• Strong knowledge of distributed and integration system architectures
• Experience with API integration projects
• Knowledge of modern cloud platforms
• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts
• Experience managing vendors and SLAs
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects

• Manage a six-person IT team
• Build organizational structure and develop team competencies
• Define goals, priorities, and KPIs for the team
• Manage IT budget and collaborate with technology service providers
• Foster a culture of responsibility for system quality, security, and availability

• Supervise development and maintenance of the central deposit system
• Collaborate with external platform provider on product roadmap, SLA, functionality development, and bug fixes
• Ensure system availability, performance, and security
• Manage change processes, testing, and production deployments
• Coordinate resolution of critical incidents and problems

Integracje technologiczne:

• Manage integrations with device manufacturers, integrators, logistics operators, and reporting and BI platforms
• Oversee API design and implementation
• Ensure data quality and consistency among ecosystem participants
