Senior Technical Business Analyst

Reply specializes in designing and implementing solutions based on new communication channels and digital media. The company supports leading European industrial groups in sectors such as Telco & Media, Industry and Services, Banking and Insurance, and Public Administration. Their services include Consulting, System Integration, and Digital Services.

• Successful completion of higher education as a qualified IT specialist or university degree in computer science.
• At least 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar position.
• Proven experience leading business analysis activities in complex software delivery environments.
• Strong experience working in agile and scaled agile (SAFe) environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with tools such as Postman, Draw.io, DataDog, and related analytical or monitoring platforms.
• Good understanding of AWS services, cloud-native applications, and microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of databases, APIs, integrations, and networking concepts.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence decisions across business and technical teams.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, including communication with senior management.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Communication skills in German are a plus.

• Lead business analysis activities across complex products and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements for development teams.
• Drive solution design activities together with business, product, and engineering stakeholders.
• Align and consolidate requirements from multiple stakeholders, teams, and markets.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities support business goals.
• Lead service rollouts across different markets and business scenarios.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure high-quality delivery and successful implementation of business solutions.
• Coordinate issue resolution, troubleshooting, defect management, and service support activities.
• Drive requirements engineering practices and maintain high documentation standards.
• Partner with AWS and microservices development teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert for product, business, and functional knowledge.
• Mentor and support less experienced Business Analysts.
• Work in an agile environment using Scrum and SAFe methodologies.
