SAP Central Finance (CFIN) Project Manager

• Strong practical knowledge of SAP Central Finance (CFIN).
• Proven experience managing SAP CFIN implementations or major CFIN workstreams.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end CFIN processes including data replication, mapping, reconciliation, integration, and testing.
• Strong project management experience in complex SAP or finance transformation programmes.
• Ability to engage effectively with senior business stakeholders and SAP functional and technical teams.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional fluency in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA finance transformation programmes.
• Knowledge of financial reporting, consolidation, and finance process standardisation.
• Experience working in large, international programme environments.

• Lead the delivery of an SAP Central Finance workstream within a complex transformation programme.
• Manage the project plan, scope, milestones, budget, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate business, finance, SAP functional, technical, and data teams.
• Drive activities related to CFIN design, source-system integration, data replication, mapping, reconciliation, testing, and cutover.
• Identify CFIN-specific risks and challenge project teams based on practical implementation knowledge.
• Facilitate workshops and translate complex topics into clear decisions and actions.
• Manage stakeholders and provide transparent reporting on progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure alignment between the CFIN solution and the programme’s finance transformation, reporting, consolidation, and standardisation objectives.
