IT Analysts

• Must have expertise in Snowflake
• Experience in requirements management and data analysis
• Ability to elicit, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Skills to extract, analyze, visualize, and interpret data from various sources
• Ability to create data mapping
• Capability to perform gap analysis between current and target solutions
• Experience in solution design and documenting data flows
• Participation in team ceremonies and stakeholder management
• Continuous learning attitude and willingness to improve
• Ability to share knowledge and contribute to team improvements

• Detail selected IT solution requirements
• Collaborate with architects and business counterparts on solution delivery
• Build understanding of business domain and supporting data and systems

Requirements management & Data analysis:

• Elicit, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Ensure alignment and transparency of requirements as a bridge between business and IT
• Extract, analyze, visualize, and interpret data from various sources to support requirements analysis and solution design
• Create data mapping
• Perform gap analysis between as-is and to-be solutions

Solution design:

• Analyze and contribute to IT solution design
• Document data flows and describe to-be solution in text

Participation in the Team:

• Participate in relevant team ceremonies
• Seek to identify solutions without escalation
• Manage stakeholders to create alignment across the organization

Continuous learning & self-improvement:

• Share achievements and problems during daily stand-ups, request team support as needed
