Specjalista ds. Monitoringu Systemów Linux

Across the CEE region, they employ around 150 professionals delivering specialist and executive recruitment, employee outsourcing, HR consulting, employer branding, and market research services.

• Minimum one year of experience in monitoring, NOC, system maintenance, or IT support.
• Practical knowledge of Linux systems, including log and process analysis and problem diagnosis.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Zabbix or similar.
• Basic understanding of computer networks (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS).
• Ability to analyze problems based on logs and metrics.
• Availability for 24/7 shift work.
• Polish language proficiency at least C1 level and English at least B2 level.

Nice to have:

• Experience with high availability and high-load environments.
• Basic scripting skills in Bash and Python.
• Knowledge of ITIL.
• Experience in payment, fintech, or transaction systems.
• Certifications related to Linux, monitoring, or cloud solutions.

• Monitor Linux systems processing real-time transactions.
• Analyze alerts, logs, and metrics using tools such as Splunk, Grafana, and Zabbix.
• Identify and manage incidents following operational procedures.
• Collaborate with DevOps, infrastructure, and security teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Perform operational administrative tasks in Linux environments.
• Escalate complex incidents and participate in root cause analysis (RCA).
• Create and update technical documentation and runbooks.
• Participate in monitoring development and operational process improvements.
