Wymagania
- Minimum 8 years in IT services, consulting, or digital delivery with hands-on technology background.
- Practical experience with AI in delivery and a native-AI mindset.
- Full ownership of mid- or large-scale engagement delivery with P&L accountability.
- Proven leadership in client engagement, delivery management, and pre-sales including RFP/RFI ownership.
- Experience managing MSAs, SOWs, commercial models, including fixed-price or outcome-based models.
- Direct engagement with C-level/VP client stakeholders and strong commercial negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of engagement governance, delivery orchestration, and escalation management.
- Working knowledge of solution architecture and software engineering best practices.
- Basic awareness of security and compliance standards relevant to IT delivery.
- Excellent written and spoken English (minimum B2).
Obowiązki
- Own the engagement lifecycle end-to-end including full P&L accountability.
- Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and lead governance, expectation management, and escalations.
- Lead presales engagements and own RFP/RFI responses.
- Lead deal-to-delivery transition ensuring alignment of SOWs, commercial agreements, and delivery plans.
- Manage and grow a team of Delivery/Program Managers and Tech Leads.
- Establish data-driven delivery governance, mitigate risk, and manage scope and commercial evolution.
- Drive AI adoption across delivery teams to improve SDLC efficiency and RFP competitiveness.
- Oversee architecture governance ensuring solutions meet client requirements and quality standards.
