Wymagania
- Minimum 8 years in IT services, consulting, or digital delivery with a hands-on technology background
- Practical experience with AI in delivery or driving AI adoption across the SDLC
- Full ownership of mid- or large-scale engagements with P&L accountability
- Proven leadership in client engagement, delivery management and pre-sales including RFP/RFI responses
- Full ownership of MSAs, SOWs, commercial models, and delivery approaches
- Direct engagement with C-level/VP client stakeholders with strong commercial negotiation skills
- Experience with engagement governance, delivery orchestration and escalation management
- Working knowledge of solution architecture fundamentals and software engineering best practices
- Basic awareness of security and compliance standards relevant to IT delivery
- Excellent written and spoken English (minimum B2)
Obowiązki
- Own the engagement lifecycle end-to-end with full ownership of outcomes and P&L (revenue and profitability)
- Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, VPs, and senior client stakeholders
- Lead presales engagements and own RFP/RFI responses, partnering with Sales and Solution Architects
- Lead the deal-to-delivery transition ensuring SOWs, commercial agreements and delivery plans are aligned
- Manage and grow a team of Delivery/Program Managers and Tech Leads
- Establish data-driven delivery governance (KPIs, reporting, escalation paths), mitigate risk and manage scope and commercial evolution
- Drive AI adoption across delivery teams to improve SDLC efficiency and translate AI-driven gains into competitive RFP and proposal narratives
- Oversee architecture governance ensuring proposed solutions are reviewed and meet quality standards
