Senior Delivery Manager - Insurance

• Minimum 8 years in IT services, consulting, or digital delivery with a hands-on technology background in software engineering, solution architecture, or technology consulting
• Practical experience with AI in delivery, including delivering AI-based solutions or driving AI adoption across SDLC
• Full ownership of mid- or large-scale engagement delivery with P&L accountability, managing 40–50+ FTE and $5M+ contracts
• Proven leadership in client engagement, delivery management, and presales with direct ownership of RFP/RFI responses and proposal development
• Experience managing MSAs, SOWs, commercial models, scope, margin, and change management; familiarity with fixed-price or outcome-based models
• Direct engagement with C-level/VP client stakeholders and strong commercial negotiation skills
• Engagement governance, delivery orchestration, and structured escalation management
• Working knowledge of solution architecture fundamentals, software engineering best practices, and basic awareness of security and compliance standards
• Experience delivering insurance sector solutions with knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as Solvency II and GDPR
• Excellent written and spoken English (B2+ minimum, preferably C1+)

• Own the engagement lifecycle end-to-end with full ownership of outcomes and P&L (revenue and profitability)
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior client stakeholders; lead governance, expectation management, and escalations
• Lead presales engagements and own RFP/RFI responses, partnering with Sales and Solution Architects
• Lead the deal-to-delivery transition, ensuring alignment of SOWs, commercial agreements, and delivery plans
• Manage and grow a team of Delivery/Program Managers and Tech Leads
• Establish data-driven delivery governance, mitigate risk, and manage scope and commercial evolution
• Drive AI adoption across delivery teams to improve SDLC efficiency and competitive RFP and proposal narratives
• Oversee architecture governance to ensure solutions meet client requirements and quality standards
