Senior Delivery Manager - Insurance

• Minimum 8 years in IT services, consulting, or digital delivery with hands-on technology background including software engineering or solution architecture
• Practical experience with AI in delivery or driving AI adoption across SDLC
• Full ownership of large-scale delivery engagements (40–50+ FTE, $5M+ contract value) with P&L accountability
• Proven leadership in client engagement, delivery management, and presales including RFP/RFI responses
• Experience managing MSAs, SOWs, commercial models, scope, margin, and change management
• Regular engagement with C-level/VP client stakeholders with strong commercial negotiation skills
• Knowledge of solution architecture fundamentals and software engineering best practices (code quality, CI/CD, testing, architecture governance)
• Awareness of security and compliance standards relevant to IT delivery (data privacy, ISO/ITIL)
• Experience delivering insurance sector solutions with knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as Solvency II and GDPR
• Excellent written and spoken English (minimum B2)

• Own the engagement lifecycle end-to-end with full ownership of outcomes and P&L (revenue and profitability)
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior client stakeholders; lead governance, expectation management, and escalations
• Lead presales engagements and own RFP/RFI responses, partnering with Sales and Solution Architects
• Manage deal-to-delivery transition, ensuring agreements and delivery plans are aligned and executable
• Manage and grow a team of Delivery/Program Managers and Tech Leads
• Establish data-driven delivery governance, mitigate risk and manage scope and commercial evolution
• Drive AI adoption across delivery teams to improve SDLC efficiency
• Oversee architecture governance to ensure solutions align with client requirements and quality standards
