BI Developer

• Independently execute complex projects from requirements gathering to implementation.
• Proactivity, strong communication skills, and interest in innovations related to Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Fluent knowledge of Power BI (Desktop, Service, Power Query) and advanced DAX.
• Proficient in SQL for query analysis and optimization.
• Practical experience building data models and using optimization tools like DAX Studio and Tabular Editor.
• Practical experience with Azure Data Factory and SSMS.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric environment or strong willingness to develop skills in this area.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, conduct workshops, and translate business requirements into analytical tools.
• Design, create, and develop advanced interactive dashboards in Power BI and build semantic data models combining multiple sources.
• Write and optimize complex measures using the DAX language.
• Deliver ready-to-use BI solutions, manage permissions in Power BI Service, configure Row-Level Security (RLS), and maintain solution performance.
• Support the culture of Self-Service BI and participate in projects combining Business Intelligence solutions with AI tools.
