• Strong commercial experience in Java programming (~75% active coding time)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and building web systems
• Experience in microservice architecture and distributed systems design
• Strong knowledge of architectural and integration design patterns
• Experience designing APIs and system integrations
• Practical knowledge of DDD (Domain-Driven Design)
• Advanced knowledge of relational databases and SQL query optimization
• Experience with Event-Driven Architecture
• Knowledge of end-to-end observability
• Experience in code review, mentoring, and technical team leadership
• Ability to cooperate across teams
• Experience in technological decision-making and risk assessment
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Willingness to work hybrid in Warsaw

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure or other cloud solutions
• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Use of AI in software creation, automation, and architectural decision support

• Fullfil the Tech Lead role in a Scrum team
• Active programming in Java fulfilling business requirements
• Design and development of system and microservice architecture
• Collaborate with Product Owner and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Define architectural and programming standards
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high software quality
• Mentor and support development team growth
• Design and supervise system integrations and APIs
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability of solutions
• Collaborate with architectural, DevOps, and other Scrum teams
• Participate in technological decisions and risk analysis
• Utilize cloud solutions, preferably Azure
