SME - Cryptography (Cybersecurity)

• Previous experience with Venafi platform or TLS/SSH management process
• Customer/stakeholder focus with ability to build strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders and IT teams
• Analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Operational effectiveness delivering solutions aligned with security, risk, and regulatory standards
• Good understanding of IT Infrastructure technical platforms/technologies
• Proactive approach to implementing change
• Understanding of SSH/SSL functionality and usage
• Good understanding of scripting with Python
• Good understanding of SQL / MySQL skills
• Strong documentation skills

• Work closely with Global team members as SME for CLM Product and cryptographic service processes
• Identify gaps in processes and escalate them
• Identify risks of changes and propose mitigation
• Lead change implementation with Vendors’ support and Global Internal teams
• Work on continuous data enhancement quality
• Prepare reports to identify problems or track progress
• Act as first line of escalation for other team members
• Assist end users with non-standard queries
• Respond promptly to urgent production issues requiring cryptographic services
• Engage with business functions on SSH/TLS key remediation support
• Implement Change Management control in support tasks
• Troubleshoot certificate generation problems and connection issues with Venafi TPP
• Review solution documentation for cryptography security assurance
• Provide cryptography consultancy services to internal customers globally
• Process requests in Service Now within agreed SLA
• Support team members
