Enterprise IT Architect

LinkGroup is recruiting an experienced Enterprise Architect to support the organization in planning and executing IT architecture transformation at the enterprise level.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT architecture including Enterprise Architecture level work
• Experience in creating or developing architectural standards, principles, and frameworks
• Ability to design architecture at the organizational level and build long-term technology roadmaps
• Experience with transformation of environments including legacy systems and managing technical debt
• Strong understanding of system integration and dependencies across architecture areas
• Ability to combine technological, business, and economic perspectives
• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with business and diverse IT teams
• Strategic approach with the ability to make decisions and formulate recommendations at the enterprise level

• Collaborate in the creation and development of Enterprise Architecture covering key organizational areas
• Unify architectural framework including principles, standards, notations, tools, and best practices used by IT teams
• Analyze current environment and document architecture of key systems in AS-IS model
• Co-create target TO-BE architecture and high-level technology roadmaps for the next 3–5 years
• Identify legacy systems and areas requiring modernization or optimization
• Define directions for system integration and increasing consistency across IT environment
• Manage and reduce technical debt
• Ensure architecture and processes align with organizational strategy and business objectives
• Evaluate proposed solutions regarding cost efficiency and business value
• Monitor technological trends and recommend new development directions
• Develop processes related to IT architecture management within the organization
• Work closely with business to identify real needs, translate them into technological possibilities, and jointly develop solutions considering scope, cost, and priorities
