Software Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering BS/MS Intern, 2027

Google offers internships in Software Engineering and Site Reliability Engineering for students in their penultimate or final year, located in Poland. Interns will work on critical projects that advance computing and intelligent systems used across Google products, supporting technological progress and societal impact.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field in the EMEA region.
• Experience working with data structures or algorithms during coursework, research, internships, or practical experience.
• Coding experience in one of the following languages: Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript.

Preferred qualifications:

• Practical internship or research experience with programming in C++, Java, Python, or Go.
• Experience with AI/ML, infrastructure, web application development, Unix/Linux, mobile development, distributed systems, machine learning, information retrieval, NLP, networking, large software systems, or security software.
• Interest and ability to learn other coding languages.
• Ability to complete a 13-17 week full-time internship in Poland starting May, June, or July 2027.
• Currently enrolled in penultimate or final year of education.

• Create and support a productive and innovative team including working with peers, managers, and teams.
• Develop scripts to automate routine tasks.
• Analyse information and evaluate results to choose effective solutions.
• Apply computer science knowledge gained in courses to real-world problems.

• Internship intended for students enrolled in full-time Bachelor's or Master's degree programs in the EMEA region.
• Candidates must be located in Poland and have legal work authorization for the duration of the internship.
