• Commitment to code quality, clean and testable code aligning with best practices and system architecture
• Active contribution to project development through continuous improvement, optimization, innovative solutions, and close team collaboration

• Work in a Scrum environment with a focus on effective team collaboration
• Develop multiple products offering a wide range of functionalities
• Build high-performance systems processing massive volumes of data with minimal latency
• Ensure high availability and scalability of investment support systems
