IT Solution Architect

COMARCH is engaged in designing and verifying system architecture for leading companies in the insurance market. The role focuses on designing complex IT ecosystems for international clients from the insurance sector, ensuring technology innovation direction within the company.

• Minimum 8 years of IT experience with emphasis on designing, implementing, or maintaining enterprise-class systems in the financial industry.
• Experience in technical roles such as Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, Technical Consultant, or Technical Lead.
• Knowledge of regulated sectors: experience working in financial, insurance, or banking industries.
• Architectural competencies: excellent knowledge of architectures supporting large financial organizations and practical experience with integrations and data flows.
• Understanding of SDLC: practical knowledge of full software lifecycle from concept to deployment and maintenance.
• Communication and presentation skills: ability to translate complex technical topics into language understandable by management and business stakeholders.
• Fluent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Analytical thinking: independent identification of technical risks and responsibility for proposed solutions.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of insurance processes (policy administration, claims handling, or loss adjustment).
• Experience in digital transformation projects from legacy systems to modern architectures.
• Participation in procurement processes (RFI/RFP/RFQ) from supplier or consultancy side.

• Designing architecture: creating comprehensive IT solution concepts including component diagrams, integration descriptions, and data flows from central systems to modern user portals.
• Technical consulting and workshops: conducting discovery meetings and consultations with client-side architects, IT, and security teams.
• Supporting sales processes: preparing substantive responses in RFI/RFP processes, developing high-level estimates, and building technical arguments.
• Collaboration with R&D and product teams: providing market feedback to product teams and actively participating in the development planning of Comarch's insurance solutions.
• Feasibility study: analyzing requirements regarding security, performance, costs, and identifying technical risks.
• Innovations and AI: identifying practical AI applications in insurance solution architecture and tracking global technology trends.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
