Business and System Analyst (Corporate Banking / Corporate Loans)

Devire Outsourcing IT operates on a B2B model, working on innovative technology projects for clients. The client is a leading international financial institution, among the largest banks in Poland, focused on corporate loans.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in banking.
• Knowledge of corporate loan processes and corporate banking.
• Understanding of the credit lifecycle from application to monitoring and repayment.
• Experience in process analysis and defining business and functional requirements.
• Knowledge of basic concepts in loans and credit risk.
• Experience working at the business-IT interface.
• Experience in reporting, data analysis, or BI solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum is an additional advantage.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

• Analyze and develop solutions supporting corporate loan processes.
• Analyze and model credit processes.
• Gather, analyze, and decompose business requirements.
• Define functional requirements for IT teams.
• Identify analytical and reporting needs of business stakeholders.
• Design requirements for reports, dashboards, and data layers.
• Analyze data related to the credit portfolio and define key business metrics and indicators.
• Collaborate with corporate banking, credit, and risk teams.
• Support implementations and testing of prepared solutions.
• Work closely with business and project teams.
