Exceptional skills in visual and interaction design, including hierarchy, motion, micro-interactions, and animation.
High proficiency in Figma and familiarity with front-end technical constraints.
Proactive, collaborative attitude advocating for optimal design solutions.
Ability to frame research questions, run lightweight studies, and translate findings into design.
Active use of AI tools (such as Figma AI and Claude) in project workflows.
Strong communication skills for clear presentations and cross-functional alignment.
