Ansible Automation Platform Developer

1dea is an IT consulting recruitment firm operating in the Polish market for over 8 years, expanding services to Western Europe.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Automation with proven success using Ansible
• Excellent knowledge of creating complex Ansible playbooks and roles, including variables, loops, plugins, templates
• Ability to configure resources in AAP and write custom modules in Python
• Practical knowledge of infrastructure automation (servers, databases, storage, networks)
• Very good knowledge of Git and experience integrating Ansible with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bamboo)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum and using Jira
• Ability to create clear and detailed technical documentation

• Create advanced Ansible roles and playbooks for automation in various environments
• Design scalable, dynamic solutions following coding standards
• Maintain and support users of Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) and develop automation
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize automation processes
• Automate deployments, configuration management, security/compliance (patching, hardening, certificates)
• Integrate with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo) and work with Git
• Create technical documentation
• Work in an Agile/Scrum team using Jira
