Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) Team Manager

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• 6-9 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning with strong exposure to Distribution Planning, DRP, Replenishment Planning, or Inventory Planning.
• Minimum 3 years of people management experience including coaching, performance management, and team development.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, network replenishment processes, stock balancing, and service level management.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data, manage KPIs, and make decisions based on scenario modelling and risk assessment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to influence across functions and organizational levels.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment managing competing priorities.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a track record of driving process enhancements and operational excellence.
• Fluent English.
• FMCG experience considered a strong advantage.
• Experience with planning tools and ERP systems such as SAP APO, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, OMP, Excel, Power BI, or similar solutions is an asset.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of around 14 Distribution Requirements Planners, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.
• Ensure effective inventory deployment and replenishment across warehouses and distribution centres to achieve service level targets.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, stock availability, and key distribution planning KPIs.
• Identify supply and inventory risks through scenario analysis and support mitigation plans and decision-making.
• Drive exception management and ensure timely resolution of supply and distribution challenges.
• Collaborate closely with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, and Commercial teams to optimize product availability.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes, operational efficiency, and system utilization.
• Support and develop planners with varying levels of experience, ensuring consistent execution of planning activities.
• Champion planning excellence and promote best practices across the distribution planning function.
