Ansible Automation Enginer

Link Group is the employer for this position located in multiple cities in Poland including Warszawa and other major cities.

• 5+ years of experience in IT Automation, with strong Ansible expertise.
• Excellent knowledge of Ansible playbooks, roles, modules, variables, loops, plugins, and templates.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).
• Experience with Python, Git, and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation including servers, databases, storage, and networking.
• Experience with security/compliance automation such as patching and configuration hardening.
• Familiarity with Jira and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Develop complex and scalable Ansible playbooks and roles.
• Automate infrastructure, application deployment, security, and compliance processes.
• Work with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) and develop custom modules using Python.
• Integrate Ansible with CI/CD pipelines, including Jenkins and Bamboo.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve existing automation solutions.
• Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment and document developed processes.
