Technical Product Owner

The current opportunity is for a Technical Product Owner working on the development and maintenance of a B2B mobile application for business clients and fleets in the energy sector. The project integrates services related to fueling, electric vehicle charging, and car wash usage, covering application functionalities, backend, API, integrations, and data analytics.

• Minimum 5 years in IT, with at least 3 years as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, or similar role involving product development and backlog management
• Experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Software Developer
• Good technical understanding of mobile applications, backend, API, integrations, architecture, and system performance
• Experience managing complex products or digital projects in corporate environments
• Ability to combine business and technical perspectives and translate business needs into concrete requirements and product solutions
• Experience working with development teams in Agile environments
• Experience managing multiple teams and dependencies between them
• Practical knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and SDLC processes including requirements analysis, development, testing, and deployment
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills; ability to collaborate with technical and business teams

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the SAFe framework
• Certifications such as PMI, Prince, ITIL

• Lead and execute the product roadmap: planning, prioritization, and overseeing feature delivery
• Translate business and technical needs into tasks for the Scrum team
• Create and develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and both functional and technical requirements
• Manage and maintain the product backlog, including defining, organizing, and prioritizing tasks
• Collaborate closely with development teams, architects, QA, Data & Analytics, and key business stakeholders
• Represent the Scrum team in cooperation with other teams and stakeholders
• Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure timely task completion
• Ensure quality, scalability, security, and adherence to architectural standards
• Coordinate dependencies between teams, systems, and external vendors
• Support testing, release, and production deployment processes
• Analyze feedback from users and stakeholders to inform product development
• Initiate improvements for product, processes, and team workflows
