• Over 7 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Proven track record in AI product development.
• Expertise in Python; experience with Java, Scala, or C# is valuable.
• Knowledge of microservices and GraphQL.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as ADO pipelines and Docker, and model deployments including MLOps, LLMOps, and AIOps.
• Strong understanding of data management and structures.
• Experience with Apache Airflow and Microsoft Fabric Data Factory pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud providers including Azure, GCP, and AWS.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, especially SCRUM.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of distributed architectures and Akka.
• Experience with NLP projects.
• Background in project management and collaboration tools like JIRA and Trello.
• Cloud certifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Collaborate and innovate with product managers, designers, and engineers to build AI-enabled product features.
• Implement and integrate AI technologies including Generative AI, machine learning models, and NLP.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable AI platform features compatible with other services and APIs.
• Rapidly fix bugs and solve problems related to AI performance, model integration, or data pipelines.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving AI development processes.
• Provide hands-on coaching, technical guidance, and structured feedback through code reviews and design sessions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends in AI, machine learning, and cloud services.

This position is based in Pune (Godrej Koregaon Park, Mundhwa) with a hybrid working mode. Candidates demonstrating strong leadership and expertise in AI technologies will be prioritized.
