Application Support Engineer / Windows System Administrator

• Strong knowledge of administration, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server.
• Good knowledge of MS SQL Server with ability to manage, configure, and troubleshoot database issues.
• Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation such as Runbooks, Disaster Recovery Plans, and SOPs.
• Solid understanding of deployment processes including managing releases and applying changes/patches in test and production environments.
• Familiarity with corporate IT procedures like Change Management and Incident Management, preferably with experience using ServiceNow.

• Administering and maintaining Windows Server environments.
• Managing and troubleshooting MS SQL Server databases.
• Coordinating deployments, releases, patches, and system changes.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including Runbooks, Disaster Recovery Plans, and SOPs.
• Supporting Incident and Change Management processes.
