Senior Production Engineer

The position is with CoreWeave Europe, located in Warsaw, Poland and part of the Engineering Operations under Production Engineering team.

• 5+ years of experience in cloud operations, site reliability engineering (SRE), or related technical roles.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as Kubernetes, AWS, and GCP.
• Expertise in scripting or automation tools including Python, Bash, Terraform, or Ansible.
• Familiarity with incident management practices and frameworks like ITIL or SRE best practices.
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools including Prometheus and Grafana.

Preferred:

• Experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of change management processes and post-incident analysis.
• Experience with automated systems or self-healing infrastructure.

• Maintain reliability and stability of cloud infrastructure.
• Support incident response efforts, including identifying and resolving service disruptions.
• Document root cause analysis (RCA) and post-incident reviews (PIRs).
• Monitor system performance and health using tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Implement automation to reduce manual intervention.
• Collaborate across teams to improve platform reliability and resilience.
• Refine incident response playbooks.
• Participate in day-to-day operational tasks and incident resolution efforts.
