emagine Polska is hiring for an Atlassian Data Center Administrator role based in Lisbon.

• Senior profile with 5+ years of experience administering Atlassian Jira & Confluence.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience working with Atlassian Data Center environments.
• Expertise in Jira Data Center and Confluence Data Center administration.
• Knowledge of Atlassian Data Center infrastructure, advanced troubleshooting, upgrade, and release management.
• Experience with plugin administration.
• Proficiency with Linux, databases, load balancers, and clustering.
• Experience with ServiceNow and Splunk integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Operational rigor and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate into technical solutions.
• Strong documentation skills.

Nice to have:

• Atlassian Cloud Administration.
• Experience with Exalate.
• Atlassian certifications.
• Experience with enterprise integrations.

Platform Administration & Service Quality:

• Ensure availability, stability, and performance of Jira & Confluence Data Center platforms.
• Maintain platform reliability with minimal major incidents.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and incident resolution.

Platform Lifecycle Management:

• Plan and execute Jira, Confluence, and plugin upgrades.
• Validate and test platform updates before production.
• Ensure compatibility and maintenance of Atlassian plugins such as Exalate.

Infrastructure Management:

• Collaborate with infrastructure teams managing:
  • Linux Servers
  • Databases
  • Storage
  • Data Center Clusters
  • Load Balancers

Governance & Technical Expertise:

• Ensure Atlassian administration follows best practices.
• Participate in platform governance and configuration management.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation.
• Support integrations with ServiceNow, Splunk, and other Atlassian instances.
• Atlassian Cloud administration knowledge is a strong plus.
