F/M: DevOps & AI engineering emphasis

PeopleVibe is recruiting for a Senior DevOps & AI Engineer role based in Helsinki, Finland, requiring onsite work and B2B contract. The role combines software engineering, cloud, DevOps, integration, and AI to deliver end-to-end solutions.

• Senior-level experience in software engineering, DevOps, cloud, or related areas
• Experience delivering projects end-to-end
• Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and automation
• Practical experience with GCP and/or Azure
• Experience with AI and agentic AI, including:
  • LLM APIs
  • Agent frameworks and orchestration
  • Tool/function calling
  • RAG, MCP
• Strong programming skills in Python, C#, or TypeScript
• Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, including API, integration, networking, IAM, and security
• Independence, initiative, and ability to collaborate with business
• Willingness to work in a model where AI is an integral part of software development
• English language proficiency at C1 level

Nice to have:

• Production experience with agent solutions
• Monitoring, error handling, guardrails, and AI evaluation
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code / Terraform
• Integration platforms such as Frends
• FinOps and cost optimization of cloud/AI
• Knowledge of Databricks or other data platforms
• Finnish or Swedish language skills at B2 level

• Develop AI-native developer environment
• Design and implement AI and agentic AI solutions from prototype to production
• Build integrations between cloud, enterprise systems, and APIs
• Develop automation and CI/CD pipelines
• Work with GCP and/or Azure platforms
• Utilize AI tools such as Claude Code for development
• Verify and test AI-assisted code
• Ensure quality, security, scalability, and maintainability of solutions
• Collaborate with technical teams and business units, independently solving problems

The role requires onsite work in Helsinki, Finland, and is not fully remote.
