Business Analyst

PKO Finat Sp. z o.o. operates in asset management services, brokerage activities, and investment funds management, with processes related to financial instruments settlements.

• Experience in asset management services, brokerage, or investment funds
• Knowledge of settlement and clearing processes for financial instruments
• Experience in managing deposits, withdrawals, asset transfers, and client relationship initiation and closure
• Knowledge of asset valuation processes and fee calculation and collection
• Experience coordinating between business, operations, IT, accounting, and investment teams
• Ability to identify operational gaps and define procedures and operational instructions
• Practical knowledge of brokerage houses, investment funds, or investment banking
• Experience with BPMN, UML, Jira, Confluence

• Coordination of settlement and clearing processes for financial instruments
• Designing processes for deposits, withdrawals, asset transfers, and client relationship management
• Controlling processes of asset valuation, fee calculation, and collection
• Coordinating collaboration between business, operations, IT, accounting, and investment teams
• Identifying operational gaps and defining operational procedures and instructions
