IT Project Manager

Scalo provides software projects and supports partners in business development. Their activities include technology consulting, software development, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated project teams.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in managing technology projects.
• Experience leading end-to-end projects.
• Practical experience in managing API product and solution implementations.
• Ability to coordinate work across multiple teams and organizational units and collaborate with business.
• Experience in system integration processes and launching solutions in production environments.
• Skills in effective monitoring of work progress, risk identification and management, and solving project issues.
• Highly developed organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Independence, proactivity, and goal orientation.

• Deliver services within projects related to the banking sector.
• Plan and organize projects including defining scope, objectives, roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Manage the project team and stakeholders.
• Monitor project execution, track progress, task statuses, risks, and dependencies.
• Prepare reports on project task progress.
• Identify, assess risks, manage changes, and document them appropriately.
• Monitor the quality of work and ensure deliverables meet project assumptions.
• Execute services in a hybrid mode with 1 day per week in the Warsaw office.

Work mode is hybrid, requiring presence in Warsaw office 1 day per week.
