Product Owner Lead

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Experience delivering cloud-based software products/projects.
• Good understanding of software development and web services.
• Knowledge and practical experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience working closely with Engineering, Developers, Tech Leads, and Product Managers.
• Strong experience with backlog management, prioritization, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence or similar product and delivery tools.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Professional level of English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with OpenAPI / API specifications.
• Familiarity with AI tools and prompting for product management.
• Experience with UI/UX teams and product design processes.
• Technical background or academic degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog aligned with business value and product priorities.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and acceptance tests.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Tech Leads, Developers, Product Managers, and stakeholders.
• Work with UI/UX teams to support product features and user experience development.
• Review prototypes and proofs of concept assessing technical feasibility.
• Monitor delivery progress and identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks.
• Validate delivered features through feedback and usability insights.

Candidates must be based in Portugal. Hybrid working model - 2/3x per week, Lisbon.
