QA Lead - Banking

H2B Group is a consulting company that helps clients automate business processes using AI and supports IT specialists in their B2B career development. They offer projects in fintech, medtech, edutech, and industrial automation sectors. The client for this position is a leading banking institution based in Dubai.

• Several years of commercial QA experience at a senior level and experience as a QA Lead or Test Manager or in coordinating QA teams.
• Experience in large and complex banking/financial projects.
• Knowledge of automated testing using the Maestro tool and experience in manual testing.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (React Native, React) for verifying mobile and web applications.
• Very good knowledge of functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end (E2E) testing.
• Ability to independently plan testing activities, manage risk, and build clear quality reports/dashboards (KPIs).
• Experience analyzing business and technical requirements and translating them into test scenarios.
• Experience working in Agile methodologies and good knowledge of tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Very good command of English (C1) for daily communication with the client.
• Availability full-time for about 9 months.
• Willingness to travel onsite for short onboarding (e.g., 1 week in Dubai).

Nice to have:

• Experience building test strategies for complex mobile applications developed in React Native.
• Certification in testing (e.g., ISTQB Test Manager / Advanced Level).
• Experience configuring quality indicators in CI/CD environments.

• Leading and coordinating all QA and testing activities within the banking program.
• Acting as the main point of contact for quality matters between the team and the client's organization.
• Planning and supervising testing activities and managing defect registration, prioritization, and triage.
• Building and maintaining a corporate QA dashboard presenting KPIs, defect trends, test progress, quality risks, and release status.
• Creating regular quality reports and presenting recommendations to management.
• Analyzing business and technical requirements to create test scenarios and cases (functional, integration, regression, and E2E tests).
• Collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, Product Owners, and architects.
• Short onsite onboarding in Dubai, followed by remote work.
