Business Analyst (pharma sector) hybrid from Warsaw

H2B Group is a consulting company that helps clients automate business processes using AI and supports IT specialists in career development through B2B models. They offer projects in industries such as fintech, medtech, edutech, and industrial automation. The client for this project operates in the pharma and life sciences sector and is developing a modern environment and platform for data management.

• Practical knowledge of data modeling concepts such as entities, properties, relationships, cardinality, and data granularity
• Experience working in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
• Ability to manage stakeholders, including close cooperation with Data Governance teams
• Technical proficiency with CLI tools and YAML files

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the Collibra platform or comparable Data Governance and data cataloging solutions

• Transforming real data sets into managed instances of the entity model
• Representing the demand side of the platform and ensuring functionalities match real use cases
• Onboarding new use cases on the platform
• Identifying and reporting defects and platform limitations during onboarding
