Senior SAP Finance Technology Leader (f/m/x)

Join a project for a global organization undergoing large-scale digital transformation. The role involves shaping the future of finance technology solutions across multiple international markets, focusing on enterprise finance platforms and technology governance.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in finance technology including previous hands-on experience as a SAP Consultant and leadership in managing teams and strategic initiatives
• Strong expertise in enterprise finance systems including financial accounting, consolidation, fixed assets, taxation, period-end closing, multi-currency environments, and statutory reporting
• Solid understanding of finance process integration with procurement, sales, treasury, planning, controlling, and other business functions
• Experience delivering large-scale transformation programs balancing global standards with local compliance
• Ability to lead solution design, requirements analysis, system configuration oversight, testing activities, and stakeholder communication
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills, able to influence senior business and technology leaders internationally

• Defining and overseeing the finance technology roadmap, standards, and governance model across international operations
• Leading design and optimization of core financial processes ensuring scalability, consistency, and regulatory compliance
• Driving continuous improvement through automation, digital innovation, data-driven decisions, and process standardization
• Collaborating with finance, commercial, supply chain, risk, and technology teams to deliver integrated business solutions
• Managing regional and global transformation initiatives including system enhancements and adoption of new capabilities
• Building, developing, and mentoring high-performing teams, coordinating work of external partners and consulting providers
