The Individual Rights Workflow Tool (IR WT) is being implemented on Pega, a workflow and case management platform used by the bank, in multiple phases. The initial phase (MVP1) uses existing robotics for data sourcing combined with manual checklists for access requests. The next phase (MVP2) aims to optimize data sourcing beyond current robotic and manual processes and leverage advanced Pega capabilities to address challenges such as increasing data scope, maintenance of robotics, manual workload, and governance.
Wymagania
- Experience in data collection analysis
- Ability to analyze data structures and flows
- Knowledge of data ownership, governance, and data lineage
- Experience with API integrations
- Attention to detail working with structured and unstructured data
- Capability to identify and document business rules, dependencies, and current processes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate inputs from multiple teams
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in banking, financial services, or regulated industries

- Analyze data points and their structure within each dataset
- Assess the current state of data sourcing and extraction methods
- Identify real data owners beyond current sourcing locations
- Evaluate future data sourcing options considering APIs, data marts, data lakes, and robotic automation
- Document structure, current state, data ownership, and future sourcing options with dependencies and cost estimates for each data point/dataset

Candidates from Poland (Warsaw, Lodz, Tricity) are considered. This is a senior IT analyst role with a start ASAP/within 1 month. Work location: Warsaw, 3 days in office. Salary rate: 120 PLN per hour. Manager: Zarina Rane.
