Wymagania
- Proven track record of 12+ years delivering complex ServiceNow projects across domains including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and development best practices
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- Certified professional with certifications such as CSA, CIS, CAD, or others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+ level)
Obowiązki
- Design and implement cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions that drive business excellence
- Leverage the latest platform capabilities to deliver transformative results with ServiceNow
- Guide engineers and developers, fostering collaboration and continuous learning
- Manage practice consultancy artefacts in the Knowledge Base
- Collaborate with ServiceNow partners and clients to develop scalable architectures
- Create and design products and solutions using ServiceNow modules, building EPAM intellectual property
- Set standards for ServiceNow development, integration, and governance ensuring quality, security, and performance
- Design for AI and drive the AI agenda in ServiceNow projects
- Support marketing activities, campaigns, and organize ServiceNow Townhalls and Sales Bootcamps/‘SNUGs’
