• Proven track record (12+ years) delivering complex ServiceNow projects across multiple domains (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and development best practices
• Effective communication skills and experience leading and mentoring teams
• Creative problem-solving with curiosity and ingenuity
• Holds ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, or others) demonstrating commitment to mastery
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills at B2+ level

• Design and implement cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions that drive business excellence and empower clients to work smarter, faster, and better
• Push the boundaries of what’s possible with ServiceNow, leveraging the latest platform capabilities
• Guide engineers and developers, fostering collaboration, growth, and continuous learning
• Manage practice consultancy artefacts in the Knowledge Base
• Collaborate with ServiceNow, partners, and clients to translate needs into scalable architectures
• Create and design products and solutions using ServiceNow modules, building EPAM intellectual property
• Set standards for ServiceNow development, integration, and governance ensuring quality, security, and performance
• Design for AI and drive the AI agenda in ServiceNow projects
• Support marketing activities, campaigns, and events including organizing Townhalls and Sales Bootcamps/‘SNUGs’
