SAW EWM Lead Consultant

An organisation operating in the FMCG industry in the Technology & Telecoms sector focusing on ERP solutions.

• 10+ years of experience as an SAP Consultant, Business Analyst, or Solution Architect within logistics and supply chain environments.
• Strong expertise across SAP EWM and warehouse management processes.
• Broad understanding of transportation management, logistics execution, and end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Experience leading international implementations, rollouts, or transformation programs.
• Strong solution architecture and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to guide technical discussions and challenge solution designs.
• Experience working with external implementation and support partners.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have:

• SAP Transportation Management experience.
• SAP S/4HANA logistics transformation experience.
• SAP certifications in EWM, Supply Chain, Transportation Management, or related areas.
• German and/or French language skills.

• Own and shape the logistics application landscape covering SAP EWM, SAP WM, Transportation Management, and related logistics solutions.
• Provide functional and architectural leadership across logistics initiatives and projects.
• Define solution concepts and target architectures for warehouse and transportation processes.
• Support SAP EWM and S/4HANA rollout programs across multiple countries.
• Translate business requirements into scalable logistics solutions and implementation roadmaps.
• Coordinate and guide logistics business analysts to ensure consistent solution design and delivery standards.
• Drive process harmonization and template adoption across international operations.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and external partners.
• Support application maintenance, service management, and continuous improvement activities.
• Lead solution reviews and assess functional and technical specifications.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, governance, and security standards.
