Senior Engineering Business Operations Manager, EBOS

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, engineering operations, or similar roles.
• Strong operational and process ownership, guiding teams through planning cycles and reporting.
• Experience with OKR tracking, KPI measurement, and performance reporting for technical teams.
• Ability to identify optimization opportunities and improve functions through workflow design.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data, identify bottlenecks, and make actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for leadership reporting.
• Proven ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners and engineering leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; experience in scaling tech companies is a plus.

Nice to have:

• Experience in Engineering or Technical Operations and familiarity with software development lifecycles.
• Proficiency with data and reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, JIRA.
• Experience supporting EMEA or distributed international teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering Management or related field preferred.

• Own optimization strategies and improve operational workflows to enhance team efficiency.
• Guide Engineering teams across EMEA in Annual and Quarterly Planning, Quarterly Business Reviews, and monthly Operational Reviews.
• Drive and maintain OKR tracking and KPI measurement; build dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Partner with Engineering leadership on production support and SLA management.
• Analyze data from engineering and cross-functional partners to assess performance and identify bottlenecks.
• Create and deliver presentations and materials for leadership and business reviews.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Finance on planning alignment and resource allocation.
• Support ad-hoc EBOS projects and operational improvements for scaling and growth.

Candidates are expected to work from their assigned office a minimum of 3 days per week, focusing on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
