Senior Software Engineer, Partner Integrations

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Java, PHP, C#, Node.js, React.js, Python, or Ruby
• Strong understanding of software design principles and testing methodologies
• Ability to assess, communicate, and complete project milestones in a timely manner
• Adaptability to varying technical and stylistic project requirements
• Capability to review technical feasibility and provide clear recommendations
• Comfortable acting as a technical expert and mentor for junior engineers
• Experience in product support and troubleshooting in production environments
• Proficient English language skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience building partner or third-party integrations
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized deployment environments
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Leading or contributing to cross-functional projects

• Attend and engage in daily stand-ups, maintain sprint tasks, and update project tracking tools
• Participate in weekly team meetings, project syncs, and manager 1:1 meetings
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to refine requirements and clarify scope
• Work collaboratively with engineers, team members, and external partners across teams and time zones
• Respond constructively to feedback to improve work quality and reliability
• Foster Box culture in the Poland office
• Represent Box Poland internally and externally
• Participate in on-call rotation to respond to and triage issues
