Technical Business Analyst with German - IT & AI

1dea is a recruitment and IT outsourcing company focusing on expert and managerial positions. Based in Poland with a global international network, covering IT, Transport, Spedition, Logistics, Property & Construction, and Tax & Legal sectors.

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or Business Expert in IT projects.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical ones and collaborate with business and IT teams.
• Practical knowledge of API testing (REST) and Gherkin; knowledge of REST Assured, Bruno, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Practical experience using AI / GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot or similar.
• Ability to identify opportunities to use AI for improving work efficiency and quality, and openness to new technologies.
• Very good command of German and English, both spoken and written.
• Required languages: Polish (advanced), English (advanced), German (advanced).
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Skills: Business analysis, Cybersecurity, GenAI.

• Analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with business, software architects, developers, and other technical teams.
• Define and document processes, subprocesses, and use cases.
• Create and manage user stories according to project requirements.
• Support testing processes, review test results, analyze, and handle reported defects.
• Design and develop automated test scripts.
• Work with Gherkin and API testing.
• Support the team in improving processes and ways of working.
• Utilize AI / GenAI to increase productivity and efficiency in business analysis and software development.
• Identify opportunities for using AI in processes, products, and project activities.
