Project Manager - Network Security

Antal is recruiting for a senior IT Project Manager role specializing in cybersecurity and technology initiatives. The company is located in Kraków, Poland, operating within the banking sector.

• Several years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in cybersecurity, technology, or financial services.
• Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple workstreams and dependencies.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, monitoring, and delivery techniques.
• Experience managing project requirements, priorities, and backlogs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to understand technology-related requirements and translate them into clear project plans and deliverables.
• Experience with project governance, risk, and issue management.
• Good understanding of budgeting, resource planning, and cost management.
• Experience working with external vendors or third parties.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively identify issues.
• Excellent organizational skills managing multiple priorities.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Manage project requirements, priorities and backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Plan, structure and manage projects throughout their lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Establish and maintain project governance and reporting.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and manage dependencies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and resources.
• Coordinate allocation of resources and skills across activities.
• Manage contributions from external vendors and third parties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at varying organizational levels.
• Ensure clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify gaps, risks, and potential issues, implementing proactive solutions.
• Support transition of delivered solutions into business-as-usual operations.
• Provide regular project status updates highlighting progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with technology, security, and organizational standards.
