Senior Test Automation Engineer (TeamCity)

• Advanced skills in Kotlin or Java, with solid object-oriented design and design patterns knowledge.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining test automation for complex backends, web services, or desktop applications.
• Proficiency with testing frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit and browser automation tools like Selenium WebDriver, Selenide, or Playwright.
• Experience with build automation tools like Gradle or Maven, containerization tools such as Docker or Podman, and reporting tools like Allure.
• Command of Git and solid understanding of software testing principles and concurrent programming.
• Proven track record of creating internal platform tools or developer-experience improvements to speed up engineering workflows.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

• Evolve the automated testing platform, including frameworks, infrastructure, reporting, and CI/CD chains.
• Identify and fix slow, manual, or fragile parts of the engineering process such as release automation, feedback loops, and test flakiness.
• Integrate AI into quality workflows for test generation with guardrails, automated failure triage, and self-healing tests.
• Work directly with product teams to help them write, own, and review tests, and evangelize solid test design.
• Investigate failures and flakiness across tests and product code to drive resolution.
• Participate in all stages of product development, from design through release, interacting with internal and external users.
