Senior Product Designer - Platform Design

The Platform Design team focuses on innovation through design, shaping ecosystems and crafting solutions to empower organizations in the digital world. The role is part of the Shipping Our Expertise (SOE) team, productizing ways of working into emerging SaaS products catalogs. The position involves bridging Product UX, Brand identity, and Product Marketing to create visual language and user experience for software used by diverse global customers, including cross-functional partnerships and R&D teams.

• Proven track record in complex product environments such as scaled tech companies or agencies.
• Experience in product marketing and proficiency with content management systems (e.g., Webflow).
• Strong aesthetic taste in visual design grounded in functional product UX.
• Ability to transform brand energy into professional SaaS contexts.
• Skilled at simplifying complex workflows for diverse user groups.
• Effective communication and data-driven insight sharing across teams.
• Commitment to continuous growth in the fast-paced global SaaS landscape.

• Frame complex problem spaces and define design strategy for emerging SaaS catalog.
• Own design quality and cohesion of sophisticated user journeys.
• Contribute to and evolve design system for external-facing products.
• Craft intuitive experiences for varied customer types.
• Build strategy briefs, overview decks, flows, and technical specs.
• Represent design field in product rituals and collaborator forums.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to co-create strategic direction.
• Empower and mentor other designers fostering high-caliber design execution.
