Senior Konsultant/ka Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

NMI ERP specializes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions and ERP projects across various business areas such as finance, sales, logistics, warehouse, and production. The company works fully remotely with a team of consultants, developers, and project managers dedicated to ERP implementations and client support.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a functional consultant, implementation specialist, or ERP analyst with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Experience in full ERP implementation cycles from initial workshop to go-live
• Ability to conduct pre-implementation analyses and document requirements independently
• Strong understanding of business processes in finance, logistics, sales, warehouse, and production
• Skill in designing solutions for Business Central beyond standard configurations
• Comfortable leading meetings and workshops with clients
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams
• Capability to assess when standard Business Central is sufficient and when custom solutions are needed
• Self-reliant, responsible, and capable of managing priorities
• Ability to clearly justify recommendations, including challenging client initial ideas
• Proficient in English communication

Nice to have:

• Experience with AL/Extensions and understanding the technical aspects of Business Central
• Knowledge of Power Platform, especially Power BI or Power Automate
• Experience in complex migrations from NAV to Business Central
• Experience in integration projects of Business Central with other systems
• Microsoft certifications

• Conduct pre-implementation analyses and workshops with clients
• Understand and analyze business processes and translate them into solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Design functional solutions that meet actual organizational needs
• Lead full implementation cycles including analysis, configuration, data migration, testing, production launch, and post-implementation support
• Configure and customize Business Central to client processes
• Prepare requirements and specifications for developer work
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other consultants
• Verify solutions and ensure quality prior to launch
• Conduct presentations, workshops, and training sessions for users
• Support clients in decisions related to ERP environment development
• Resolve complex functional and process-related issues
• Share knowledge and best practices within the team
