IT Analyst

The role involves working on the Core Banking program which aims to replace outdated local legacy systems with a unified Nordic core banking platform in the banking industry.

• Experience with T24 / Transact.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience in the banking sector.
• Professional knowledge of banking products.
• 10+ years of experience as a senior Business or IT analyst.
• Experience in larger programs (approximately 300+ employees).

Nice to have:

• Experience with Hadoop.

• Collect business requirements from stakeholders.
• Document requirements in the form of features and user stories.
• Independently manage the entire requirements lifecycle from collection to handover.
• Navigate a complex environment involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Quickly understand the complex operational environment and onboard effectively.
