Senior Business Analyst (K/M)

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in two areas: developing systems mainly in the financial, banking, fin-tech, and e-commerce sectors, and supporting clients in recruiting specialists through bodyleasing.

• Experience in business and system requirements analysis
• Skills in business process analysis and modeling using BPMN and UML
• System analysis and solution designing capabilities
• Experience in designing APIs and data models
• Data analysis and migration skills
• Ability to create system and functional documentation
• Ability to translate requirements into user stories and backlog tasks
• Collaboration skills with development teams and stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Nice to have:
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
