ServiceNow Performance Analytics Developer

• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting modules.
• Hands-on experience with indicators, breakdowns, widgets, and scorecards.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using JavaScript and Flow Designer.
• Strong understanding of data structures, CMDB relationships, and KPI frameworks.
• At least 3–5 years of ServiceNow implementation and development experience.
• Proven experience in Performance Analytics configuration and dashboard development.
• ServiceNow CAD or CSA certification; Performance Analytics certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of data governance and reporting best practices.
• Experience with large datasets and optimizing dashboard performance.

Nice to have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience with BI or visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• English language proficiency at C1/C2 level or other European languages advantage.

• Develop and configure ServiceNow Performance Analytics (PA) indicators, widgets, and dashboards across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and ITOM modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements and translate them into scalable PA solutions.
• Create and maintain data collectors, breakdowns, and automated data collection jobs.
• Design and implement dashboards visualizing operational and strategic KPIs.
• Optimize performance of analytics solutions for responsiveness and accuracy.
• Integrate Performance Analytics with ServiceNow Reporting, CMDB, and external data sources as needed.
• Ensure consistency, data integrity, and governance across analytics deliverables.
• Provide technical documentation, training, and post-implementation support for analytics solutions.
