Principal/ Director, Data Analytics Consulting for Financial Services

• 15+ years in data, analytics, and technology consulting with leadership roles
• Proven ability to lead large-scale data and AI transformation programs and advise C-level stakeholders
• Preferably degree in Computer Science, IT, Applied Mathematics, or related
• Deep understanding of banking and financial services data models, systems, operating models, and KPIs
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks including Basel 3.1, BCBS239, AML/AFC, DORA, EU AI Act, model risk management
• Expertise in modern data platforms with AWS, Azure, or GCP experience
• Familiarity with Databricks and other enterprise data platforms
• Strong understanding in data architecture, modeling, governance, lineage, observability, real-time processing
• Ability to translate business challenges into data and AI solutions
• Experience with modern AI capabilities including Machine Learning, RAG, Agentic Systems, multimodal AI
• Understanding AI governance, oversight, explainability, auditability in regulated environments
• Experience leading governance frameworks and delivering enterprise data programs
• Ability to establish target operating models and oversee end-to-end transformation delivery
• Strong computer science fundamentals including algorithms, data structures, distributed systems
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) and German skills are a plus

• Partner with client executives on key Data & AI initiatives including data strategy, platform builds, and AI transformation
• Contribute to development and evolution of Financial Services D&A offerings
• Own RFP/RFQ/RFI responses and winning strategies
• Manage Financial Services project portfolio and provide delivery oversight
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Lead initial phases of strategic engagements including program vision and governance
• Consult delivery teams on regulatory and compliance requirements
• Coach and mentor next-generation consultants in Financial Services Data & Analytics
