Mid Data Engineer

• Minimum 2–3 years of commercial experience working with production data in SQL Server
• Very good knowledge of SQL and SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio)
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and large datasets
• Knowledge of SQL Server diagnostic tools (SQL Profiler, Extended Events)
• Ability to analyze query execution plans and optimize SQL code
• Practical experience in handling production environments

Nice to have:

• Experience in migration or onboarding projects
• Knowledge of Claude Code, Grafana, and Python

• Work with production data in a SQL Server environment
• Support, maintain, and optimize ETL/ELT processes
• Analyze and optimize SQL queries and query execution plans
• Monitor the environment and troubleshoot using diagnostic tools
• Handle large data volumes during new store launches
• Independently perform production tasks with high quality standards

Recruitment process includes submitting a short written motivation for long-term project participation; selected candidates may undergo background checks, including references. Working hours options are Monday–Thursday 06:00–16:00 (Polish time) preferred or Monday–Friday 06:00–14:00 (client approval needed). The role requires readiness for repetitive and operational work with high autonomy and responsibility.
