Senior IT Analyst

The position is within a banking sector program involving a transition from legacy local systems to a unified core banking platform. The program consists of approximately 300+ employees and is based in Poland with work locations in Warsaw, Gdańsk, Gdynia, and Łódź.

• 5-10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst.
• Professional knowledge of statements and reporting.
• Experience in the banking sector, preferably with a larger bank.
• Experience working in a large program with approximately 300+ employees.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience in a Nordic bank.
• Experience working with Hadoop.

• Collect requirements from business stakeholders.
• Document requirements in features and user stories.
• Drive the requirements process independently from collection to handover to developers.
• Work collaboratively in a complex environment with diverse stakeholders and dependencies.
• Understand and adapt quickly to the program's complexities.
